Cancelled or Voided orders

If you receive a notification regarding a cancelled or voided order, it will contain information on why the order has been cancelled.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email. 
For your convenience, there will be a tracking number in the email for you to follow the progress of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. Once that time has been exceeded, we can no longer offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Your item must also be in its original packaging.

If the item is eligible for return a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you with further instructions. Your item will be sent to:

Once the item has been received and processed we will notify you. If you would like to exchange the item for another size, or another product of equal or lesser value, you may request this via the email above.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns and Exchanges are now able to be processed at any of our
Retail Store Locations
If you would like to return or exchange at one of our stores please bring your order confirmation and the Packing Slip that came in the shipment.

Manufacturer Defect

If the item has a manufacturer defect please attach an image (or images) of the defect with your order number and email us at

and follow the instructions above.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items, such as:
Hair brushes
Tumble shorts and tights
Underwear
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the cost of shipping.
You should receive your refund within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 7-10 days, please contact us at  ecustomerservice@ollyshoes.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
